Homebrew I need help with some 3DS hacking stuff please read

So i started with a stock n3DS XL and as soon as i heard you could get free games with CFW i immidately took interest, it was somewhere in 2016 where i started to hack mind you i never had a laptop/desktop all the guides i followed online i did through my phone using the stock file manager (idk what month exactly, i just remember the newest version was11.2.0) i had wifi back then and everything was easy, i installed luma 3ds with soundhax back in the day, we moved out into a new place that does not support our old wifi company (spectrum) we've been living from data and recently gonna get hotspot to finally connect to my 3ds (yes very late lol) my current version is 11.6.0 and found out soundhax got patched in 11.4.0 (didnt even realize bc i never used it) anyways, my plan is to uninstall all cfw, update to 11.10 (heard its the newest fw) and install the new cf, problem is everytime i try to use gm9 it doesnt even boot up, i made the mistake of deleting the Decrypt9wip payload folder and now i just simply cant load gm9, i have 1.7.1 gm9 and it still does not work pleade help

When you hold Select while powering on the system, what happens? If you already have Luma3DS and B9S installed, there is no need to uninstall anything. All you have to do is update Luma3DS and then update to 11.10.

1. You are not using Soundhax anymore. You've already used it to install A9LH and Luma3DS, so you don't need it anymore.
2. Assuming that says Luma3DS v6.6, you need to follow this guide to update to B9S and the latest version of Luma3DS. B9S is required to update Luma3DS.
3. When you are done with the guide, you can update to 11.10 in the system settings.

wait but what about booting Decrypt9wip? i accidentally deleted the file that is in the payloads folder so i cant access the chain loader. Will i need Decrypt9 at all?

Nobody uses Decrypt9 anymore. Follow the guide.
