Hi, I'm trying to run a .cia file of ACNL but it keeps coming up with the following:

Error type: generic

Process ID: 38
Process name: GARDEN

Any help would be appreciated!

My 3DS has Luma3DS v10.2.1 if that helps.

I just put the .cia file onto my 3DS today, haven't even played it yet, but it is on my home screen and I can open the instructions manual.

format it
