Hardware i need help recovering saves!!

hi everybody>

please can someone help me i deleted my emunand files from my memory card i dont think i have a hidden partition by accident i know ... what a idiot. so i made a new emunand .

i lost my save for my games but the game in question is still showing under data magement ( it will let me delete the save ).

is there anyway to retreive my save game or games if needed as i have read alot and google alot to find out.

thanks in advamce asimple tutorial would do but any help would be good .

there are two games in question i would like to get saves back from.

i am using sx pro and i am on nintendos latest firmwae thanks everybody.

If it will let you delete the save then there must be a save somewhere. Did you back them up at all with Checkpoint/JKSV?
