PS1/2 i need help for my : SwapMagic Coder 3.8 Plus for Fat ps2

so i insert the swap magic coder disc then i come to a menu
ive tried many things but i cant get my discs to work (burned as iso)

please help me...im getting STRESSED

You need to open your PS2 tray, unscrew the front bezel from it, and use a slide card to lock/unlock the tray. This is how you swap discs without the PS2 knowing that it has been opened.
