So my joycon just starting drifting (for the second time now) so I opened up my joycon to replace it. I was a bit too forceful when I unplugged the ribbon for the minus & l button, and I pulled off a little gray piece of plastic that was there to hold the cable down (picture below) when I tested the buttons on the joycon, they all work except for the l button. I determined this is due to losing this piece. The button works when I hold the ribbon in place with my finger, but not when I don't.

Would anyone have any idea for how I can fix this? It seems like it'd be hard to put the piece back in.

Thanks.
