I dont' care how you got it but I would like to know what firmware version it ships with and if you have tried any dsi compatible flash carts?

It came with the firmware version 1.2 . I had to update to 1.3 to access the DSiWare Store, but they gave me 1000 free Nintendo Points. My Acekard 2i still hasn't arrived.

Or you can think logically and know that you won't get "banned" off of DSi shop on your DSi console. O-o
