Hacking I have some questions about Homebrew on Nintendo Switch

1. If I have downloaded homebrew on my Nintendo Switch and I downloaded games by it, can I use it safely after uninstalling homebrew?
2. Can I play online games downloaded on homebrew? Can I get banned for this?
