Here is a working dump of the game everyone appears to be after.

Place f-pssf.nds inside the /Patch/ dir and run Patcher.bat. After some minutes you'll have a rom named f-pssf1.nds inside the dir.
You now have a working PMSS.ÂÂGold to follow...
