Is there a game speed limiter? Yes. I want to slow down the games I play. There's a very specific reason why I want to do this that will be revealed later. A cpu underclock would also work but I'm 99% sure a way to do that on a 3ds hasn't been found yet except for lowering the cpu speed and disabling l2 cache on new 3ds exclusive games since most games link game speed to framerate.
