Delete the atmosphere folder from your SD card, redownload it, and put a clean copy onto the SD card. What happens?

2 years ago i was updating my nintendo switch using choidujour, i don't remember what update was, i rebooted the switch and atmosphere showed an error, after that the switch didn't go to rcm mode.

If your getting an error in atmosphere then it IS booting auto rcm.
I dont know why your being told its not.

You are using latest atmosphere and the correct file
fusee-primary or fusee-secondary

I'd disable auto RCM and boot OFW firstl to check if everything is fine, and go from there.
it doesn't launch

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

  1. Did you restore your sysMMC backup and BOOT0/1 backups taken at the same time?
  2. If so, can the Switch boot OFW?
about the sMMC backup, i have a nand backup split in 9 parts, do i need the boot0 and boot1 backups? because i don't have any of the boot files

Then, restore the backup you made, because your update try fornicated something in the file system.
There's no way around it.

I don't have autoRCM, without rcm mode the switch wouldn't turn on, I launch last version of atmosphere with fusee primary bin file

okey, just for fun, try to boot atmosphere via Hekate and see if it makes any difference. Try with example "deepsea".
