Homebrew I GOT STUCKED ALL CIAS CANNOT BE INSTALLED!!!

whenever i try to install cia through the FBI, it says Cert signature or hash check failed.
This happens no matter what game i try to install. i dont think the cia has problem and i have tried to re inject the FBI to the h&s. i used the FBI cia too
I have A9LH and cfw installed. CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLZZZZ

First, Update to B9S. No one supports A9LH anymore.
Next, try opening the eShop and letting it configure. From there, try installing the games again.

It crashes when i turn on the 3ds. I put all files in the 3ds according to the instructions
