I got banned no reason on Chatroom and I cant Update my 3ds on Emunand

Hello GBATemp why for no reason ban on Chatroom? xd I'm sure i did not anything wrong is says Something with Virus or Spambot idk what means i scan it already is nothing find.

What i should use then i have problems with Downgrade Process with PlaiSysUpdater always missing 2 tmds or broken says the OTP Helper. I use everything from the A9HL Guide Page.

Other Questen how i change the Partition from Gatewaynand(That i used from GW Launcher while ago) to Rednand that didn't show on Guide and what is there any different?
