1. You should still have FBI injected into your H&S app unless you restored the default when you setup A9LH.
2. If you did reinject the original H&S app, and installed FBI as a CIA then it's gone.
3.The correct solution is to just reinject FBI using Godmode9, then you can reinstall all of your stuff (including FBI) as a CIA.

Honestly it depends on what you're trying to copy. Most stuff the DS uses is encrypted and useless on another console. If you mean *hax* like CIAs, CFW files, A9LH files etc.... Then you could but I would suggest downloading everything from their release pages fresh. One to ensure you have to most recent versions, and two to eradicate incompatible programs. Basically just reinject FBI and then re-download everything you were using. Most Homebrews can be downloaded through the TitleDB option in FBI and games can be downloaded through FreeShop to save you time and effort.
