uninstall what you are not using and install the ones you want to use , as far as trying to add more blocks or expand your system ability it's not yet achievable in that matter

No , once uninstalled from your wii thats them gone unless you have backups on your pc or sd card

you can copy some channel to SD card by: wii->setting -> data manager -> channel manager

that's correct in such case we say uninstall assuming you have a back up copy of the game or the channel you are trying to delete
