Hacking I did an oops

I reformatted my 3ds on accident and unistalled luma on accident as well but still have fast boot and gm9 and luma config but luma wont work is there a way I can revert and install b9s and luma again

How did you uninstall the luma?

When you format the 3ds,your nand gets reset unless you restore your nand backup.Luma should still work regardless of the format,your 3ds will continue to read the boot.firm payload aslong as you still have b9s installed.If your 3ds can still use the luma config then luma is working just fine.The problem seems to lie with your nand.

If you used seedminer, you could just find your movable.sed, go to byte offset 0x118, and add one to that byte to get it to work with your sys format.

Then do frogminer because it's free.
