Hardware i cannot access hbmenu for some unknown reason

I recently been noticing that i get software errors for unknown reasons when trying to access the hbmenu and when attempting to lauch it in applet mode it gives me this screen:

tried but im already on latest version on cfw

deleted that but that didn't worked either it still refers to same title id

Then as @baddass1979 stated a fresh install might be required... tried deleting the hbmenu NRO and grabbing the latest?

I'd try replacing the `hbmenu.nro` file from your `Switch` folder with the latest one from the atmosphere git. It sounds like it may have been corrupted somehow.
