Hopefully this is working by then as otherwise I'd have no choice but to update, or downgrade and install A9LH!

Is there any way to know when the server is back up, aside from just periodically trying it from time to time?

Just cut your 3DS wireless connection and load the already downloaded configuration when the homebrew asks.

its says unsecure connection... im already using it now that ya showed that but what are possible differences or side effects?
No differences, really. "Connects insecurely" just means that the connection is not encrypted; it's effectively the difference between using http:// and https:// (someone correct me if I'm wrong on either of these points).

hi guys im on 9.0,0 a9lh and i want to buy fieldrunners off the eshop so i can download fieldrunners but its giving me an error : the installed http sysmodule version (v12288) is not supported. the sysmodule version must be the one from system version>= 9.6.0 i take it this means i have to update to a version higher than that whats my best route of doing so (would rather not go to 11.2)

Why wouldn't you want to go to 11.2? With A9LH, any system firmware version is safe.
