Hacking howling theme tool issue

Hi , i made a cia file with HTT but when i install it , it says import failed . this cia is invalid (0xD8E08025)

i also created another file with different themes and still not working

anyway to fix this ?

for anyone having the same issue , it turns out that gateway ist compatible for the moment and you need CFW to install the themes
