ok, I got rawdump 1.3, so you click on start dump to convert the original disc to an iso right? so you can burn it with nero or alcohol. I was playing around and see if the LG drive can actualy read all the files in the back up disc and it couldnt, and I try to use raw dump again and it didnt work. So can you copy a back up at all?

I am assuming you have one of the 4 known LG DVD-ROM models that actualy can be used to dump Wii games with RawDump.

If I am not wrong, the models are LG 8161, 8162, 8163 and 8164.

I use a LG 8164 and dump my games with RawDump 2.0 without any problems.

If you dont have this model of LG DVD-ROM, try getting it. The 8164 costs +- 20€ ~ £14.

The LG Drive (and rawdump) are required for originals only.

IMGBurn (or whatever your favorite disc reading application is) in ISO Read mode should work for backing up a backup.

You cannot currently look at the files on a Wii iso file, it's in a file structure that is proprietary and nobody has (maybe not even bothered yet) to cracked it yet.
