No you cant use Slowhax, If that was the case everyone would just get OOT and downgrade. The reason DSiWare was needed was because it was messed up and has R/W access. So opening HBL while with R/W access allowed us to use Slowhax to get privileges and then downgrade.
(Unless im not correct, but pretty sure I am)

Your console probably isnt USA and your probably not using the right OTHERAPP for your system version.

Well yes thats obviously needed.

I think you should include that for the noobs who are hacking their system for the first time. Not everyone knows that you need the HB starter kit

And I got it to work, I forgot to rename it to otherapp.bin

This exploit works without any games so if you have the cart and lose it you can still use hax

Not it doesn't. Literally crashes everytime on my O3DSXL v11.2.0-35U.

I have triple checked that I got the right files as well.
