ROM Hack How to use SaltySD?

I can't find a code.bin of smash. I have the dt and ls files though. I read the readme inside the github but it's not providing many info. Anyone has a guide? I'd really like to start modding smash. I don't know where I should put the romfs and SaltySD folder on my 3ds sd card?

It depends on wether you have CFW or not.
If you do, dump and decrypt the 1.1.4 update, get the code.bin and follow the instructions on SaltySD's GitHub page to patch it.
