Hacking How to use pokehex?

Hello have already instal rxTools on my 3ds my 3ds version is 7.2 and emunand is 10.3 i have bigblue, fbi to instal cia and some games,

Is there a guide about how to use pokehex? i have heard i need a savadatefiler or something like that

well i used pokehex by dumping my save game from omega ruby, then use the app pokehex to edit my boxes. then re injected my modified save back into omega ruby. and for bonus points, keep the stats high but legit, so you can use them online.
