Hacking How to update without Internet connection?

Okay, so, I need to update my wii u from 5.5.0 because it's my last hope for trying to fix error code 105-3102. Maybe the update would put everything back to the way it should be? Idk, I read someone make that suggestion in another thread. Is there wiiubrew that lets you install other system versions? Is there a game disc that has that update? Is there any other way anyone would suggest to fix that error code?

all games have disc updates ,get a game with 5.5.1 like zelda and i dont know if paper mario has 5.5.1 but zelda breath of the wild has for sure.
