Hi. I tried updating my PS3 to 3.55, but it keeps saying, "No Applicable Update Data Was Found." Even though I followed all the directions. I'm thinking it's because it's only recognizing my first partition of my external HDD, because this has happened before when I softmodded my Wii. Is there anyway I can change my partition order or something, so that it recognizes it first?

Try to put the folder and the update file on the first FAT32 partition (and if you can change it, set it as Active partition).
