Hi,
I moved my old xkey from one xbox to another, filled the SD with the proper cpu dvd and _enc.bin.
I managed to launch a game, but just once.
After rebuilding the console, nothing worked... Open tray --> Close tray, i have no media disk.
Things that i've tried :
- Another hard drive
- Another usb stick
- Remake USB stick
- Buy another ribbon ( i have 10 brand new ribbons)
I have a doubt with my usb dongle, it behave very strangely...

It seems that the USB stick actitivty led only turns on when there is not the ribbon connected...
Do you think my dongle is dead ?
