Homebrew How to run/install memchunkhax3?

I went to 10.7 (tried downgrading to 9.2, soft-bricked my system) and still want to use homebrew.

You run it via Ninjhax or OoTHax. Basically any entrypoint that works on 10.7, those two are the only ones as far as I know.

What I mean is that we don't know if the poster's 3DS is an o3DS, in which case they can't use smashhax.
