Hello. I recently received a switch however it is in incognito ram on it. The restore files from incongito are there however it only restore to same serial number. However when I go into automatic backup it has a bin and bis keys of both the XAW000001 and the old serial number. I did install NXansManger and backed it up. But when I try to restore the file from automatically back up, it gives me error and nothing happens. Is the switch serial number forever Gone? Thank you in advance.
