Hacking How to replace files in a iso?

So i was making a rom hack for nsmbwii, and i replaced the level 1-1 using wiiscrubber, but after that, dolphin refused to boot the iso, so how do i fix that, and if i can't, how do i do it without wiiscrubber?

You can run modded Wii games as WBFS file format, just convert the iso in WiiBackupmanager to wbfs, though i'm not sure if Dolphin uses Wbfs or any other format.

dolphin supports both .iso and .wbfs format
