Hacking How to remove User accounts from a modded Wii U?

I've got a Wii U, that's been modded to the gills with two user accounts. How can I safely remove the user accounts, but leave the modded stuff behind, so I can sell it on? The buyer will have to sort out their own HDDs. I'm keeping those.

Never uninstall the CBHC DS virtual console game or you will BRICK.

Never reinstall the CBHC DS virtual console game from the eShop or you will BRICK.

Never move the CBHC DS virtual console game to a USB drive or you will BRICK.

Never delete the user account NNID that has purchased the CBHC DS virtual console game or you will BRICK!

Never format your device while CBHC is installed or you will BRICK!

How about changing the details of the account? Is that possible without bricking?

If you want to remove your account from the Wii u then you will need to remove all the hacks I'm afraid.

Just uninstall CBHC with the CBHC installer app. After it has been removed you can format your Wii U and all hacks are gone

I’m asking the same question as the op. Are the answers still the same 5 years on?

I don’t mind passing the HDD on to the new user.
