How to remove Kefir AIO?

Hi.

I have been using Kefir AIO, but I read the recent update may damage the momory by undervolting.

I wonder how to remove Kefir and use vanilla atmosphere.

Which folders in SD card should I remove and replace them with vanilla atmosphere?

Please help! Thanks!
