ROM Hack How to remove cache icon datas?

Here I found some infos on cache icon datas, but I awlays could not understand how to delete them.

One way: delete the entire save for Home (boot with L+R+down+B), this will also reset all your icon positions!

Another way: delete /Nintendo 3DS/*/*/extdata/000000?? then reboot the console without returning to Home!
(?? = 82 for JP, 8F for NA, 92 for EU)
(You can also do this with DevMenu)

You have to dump Cache.dat with https://github.com/MrCheeze/extdata_dump, modify it with some hex editor, setting to 00s and FFs the line of the application you want to clear it's icon cache.
Put this in config.txt

DUMP "00000098:/Cache.dat" "Cache.dat"
RESTORE "Cache.dat" "00000098:/Cache.dat"
