i always go with good old, AKAIO. each letter said by itself. works great for me.

i also hate SATA. everyone calls it "SAY-TA" I say each letter, S-A-T-A. older drives were not called AY-TA drives. they were A-T-A. each letter one by one.

I've never heard anybody say "say-ta". I say it as "sah-ta".

GameF-A-Q-s stands for Frequently Asked Questions, and the majority of people pronounce that as Gamefax or Gamefacks. I pronounce AKAIO as ah-kay-oh.

Ha, that's another one I never really have to say out loud. But yeah, when I say it in my head, I do pronounce it "gamefacks".

Auntopique: It has come to my attention that the acronym "AKAIO" is probably one of those acronyms that are for typing/writing convenience, and not for saying convenience. After all, saying "Acekard All-in-One" has the same amount of syllables as "A.K.A.I.O", so it's just as much of a mouthful.
