Hacking How to play new games using disk

so... ive been playing the wii alot...
and ive been bored with my games so I decided to download..
but... as i read other posts they said that in order too play new games you need a USB harddrive thing..
------I DONT HAVE A USB HARDRIVE THING and im only using disks to play games-------------------
so... can i play new games using disks? or i really have no chance of playing since i dont have the usb thing?
because i badly want to play CALL OF DUTY BLACK OPS

Use ModMii, and then Neogamma to launch your discs. Not sure if Black Ops works from disc though, haven't tried it.

neogamma get the latest version install the channel
then rip the updates off the disc then burn it
you might need ios etc to make it run
