windhex
download windhex, load the rom, and apply the IPS patch.
Specific directions:
download windhex (search google)
download the ROM
download the IPS file
open the ROM with windhex (file -> open file for editing)
then click tools-> patch current file
download windhex, load the rom, and apply the IPS patch.
