So I'm going to update to 10.6 but I really want to still have access to homebrew. Do I download the 10.6 payload and manually replace the old .bin file or is there a new 10.6 OoT hax installer.

BTW, I understand i'll need to replace the boot.3dsx as well...

Thanks in advance!!!

10.5 payloads work on 10.6, but if you really want to feel safe just update the payload with the installer that came with the starter kit.

Sorry to bother you again but I put the .xml and .smdh in the 3ds folder but they don't show up...

I tried that as well... Didn't work.
Should be there. You are installing it through the homebrew menu right (yeah dumb question, just checking)? Are you putting then in a folder? Cause they shouldn't be.

Also make sure that the install folder is in your 3ds homebrew folder as that's needed.

Yeah. I'm installing through hb menu. I put it in the 3ds folder but nothing else.

Yeah ok. I think I know what you need. Download the starter kit, and in the starter kit there's a folder titled "install" with two files in it. Put that in the 3ds homebrew folder along with the 2 oot files. Iirc, they work in conjunction with each other.
...Thank You very much!!!
