Hacking how to make .bin files into an iso

i used DVD to SD to dump 2 games and they both only came up with about 2 gigs worth of info how do i join the bin files to make an ISO

copy /b file1.file+file2.file+file3.file completefile.file under windows command line and I believe it was cat for linux (linux command line is not my strongpoint but here should help: http://osr507doc.sco.com/en/OSTut/Joining_...s_together.html ).

However:
1,459,978,240bytes is the size of a cube iso, wii should be more:

If it's 4 699 979 776 bytes, it's unscrambled.
If it's 4 700 012 544 bytes, it's unscrambled with unscrambler 0.4 which adds an extra 32 768 bytes to the file (JESUS release)
If it's 4 736 698 368 bytes, it's in raw format and must be unscrambled.

For Linux (and Mac), it's "cat infile1 infile2 > outfile"

If they're sequentially numbered (such as file.1 file.2), you can use "cat file.* > outfile" and it increments sequentially. (Same in Windows)

Nope, that's a cue/bin based image file.
