If you're using B9S it's a lot easier to just use a CTRNAND transfer for that firmware instead of doing it that way.
Also, you're supposed to put all those .cias inside a folder and name it "update" then put it on the root of your SD card, and use "sysupdater" to check their integrity/install them to downgrade your firm.
