Best for PC is "NS-Usbloader", which you start normally
and top left on "Goldleaf".
Connect USB-C cable to PC and switch.
Then go to the APP "Goldleaf".
"Browse Content" and then PC connection (via USB)
On the PC in NS-Usbloader press "Select . NSP files and select your NSP games.
Then "Upload to NS"
Back to the Switch APP "Goldleaf".
"Virtual" and then select the game.
"Install" and select the target.
Press "Install" still.

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
