How to get more customizability when making themes

Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

I started making themes using Diddy81's theme brlyt editor, but there are some things that you cant do, such as making some stuff transparent. Does anyone know how to make a Wii theme but with FULL customizability?
