i used to get games through eshop i know its been down for years. is there another way now

you mean freeshop?
cuz eshop is pretty much alive and still working as long as your wallet doesn't get empty.

well, if you are asking about games for free, ya know, find the cia files and install them like we used to do before freeshop

i dont have homebrew or freeshop anymore not sure how to get the fbi again too. i have few installed on my system i have emus only and few games
how i get homebrew freeshop and fbi again my luma is out of date im thinking

I'm sure it's been corrected...somehow, but neither has been "down" for "years".
Search for the 3DS guide, hack yourself on 11.9, then I guess you can check the other version of titleDB for your 3-4 games. Other than that, maybe google "free 3DS games"?

dude, a DSI is a different console than a 3ds
you can't play 3ds games or roms
the 3ds is another console
