Gaming how to get back to PAL ?

Sorry guys but I did the more stupid thing in the world.
Playing with settings I set the video mode to NTSC and I'm iin a PAL region with PAL TV.
HOw can I get back to it, the screen now is black and I cannot push the A button on a random sequence guessing to find the setting icon and then the screen.
Is there a solution to a stupid thing like that other than kill me ?

PAL systems have an NTSC option in their menu?

How odd. NTSC systems don't have a PAL option.

Maybe he's refering to 60Hz/480i? Dunno.

I'm pretty sure there was some button-combo-hold-on-startup that resets the video output to 50Hz. I believe it was holding down on the Wiimote D-Pad.

yes you are right it's the 60Hz/480i.
Does someone know the combo button ?

To reset the Wii to 50Hz press reset on the Wii while pressing down on the directional pad on the wiimote.
