I'm trying to play PS2 Classics on a CRT through composite cables, but on my PAL system they all output 576i@50hz even if they are NTSC ISO's. In the case of NTSC games, they run at full speed but with improper framepacing (a new frame every 20ms, and every sixth frame is culled).

Editing the videomode in my registry will allow XMB to run at 60hz, but PS2 Classics remain at 50hz. Even my NoPSN YouTube runs at 50hz, so I suspect this affects all software installed through a pkg.

How do I force 480i@60hz? I have a PAL Super Slim with 4.89 HEN.

Don't remember if it applies, but is the video mode in the param.sfo correct? (Aldo's tools come with a dedicated editor)

Opening the PARAM.SFO of netemu games, adding the RESOLUTION field (value 63) and checking only 480 still gives me 50hz.
