Hacking How to fix broken save in SaveDataFiler ?

Hello !

I have a question about SaveDataFiler. One of my game (Pokemon OR) have his save broken in SaveDataFiler. However, the game still works perfectly and I did not lose my save. The game is installed as CIA. When a title is marked as broken in SaveDataFiler, you can no longer extract the save. So, is-there a way to fix this issue ?
