How to fix a 360 controller's unresponsive D-Pad and bumpers ?

I have like 10 360 controllers and three of them have D-pad issues ... the D-pads don't click when a certain direction is pressed... they feel soft...

I also have a controller with a "soft" bumper button...

Are these fixable or should I order parts ? if so, which parts ?
