Hacking How TO: Fix 001 + 002 Errors on 4.0

You need:
CIOSCORP v1 Package
CIOSCORP v2 Package
cIOS Rev 12
STARPATCH 4.0 OR Preloader OR BootMii

1) Install cIOS Rev 12(I presume you did this)
2) Install CIOSCORP v2 + cIOSCORP cIOS60 for 4.0.
3) Get the CIOSCORP v1 package and install cIOSES 33, 35, 36, 53, and 55.
4) Install STARPATCH 4.0 or Preloader or BootMii(I presume you aldready did this but I'm including it anyway)
5) GOOD TO GO!

All Games should work FROM THE DISC CHANNEL with this solution (EX: Worked with Madworld, Pikmin, Sonic and the Black Knight, HOTD Overkill, Mario Kart Wii, etc)

all games now work without 001 Errors

but ! not Mario Kart and Madworld for Example.

i also get 001 error with mario kart, i think the problem is with cios60 as if i change preloader to boot menu with ios249 or 36 game boots from disc channel fine.
i defo no its not cioscorp as i have the same setup of cioscorpv1 and v2 when i was on 3.2 and i got no 001 errors

Will loading non official wiiware titles and VC still work from the SD card after applying this stuff? I have a few injected VC titles and as of now they work but will they after this?

Yes i have the same error,,,, on Guitar Hero World Tour, and the Mushroom Man dos not work. All other games work fine....
any solution here!?

Hmm, thats odd. Try and find the ios that game is using. It appears that some games still need other ioses. I will check it out and report back soon.

Hmm... I think I have an answer?

Use WiiScrubber to extract main.dol, then use GenericWiiPatcher (GWP), open main.dol and click search 001 error. Then replace it in WiiScrubber again.

You'll need to burn the new image though.
