Hello! I am very new to 3DS hacking, and I'm interested in extracting audio from .3ds roms. Is there any possible way to do this?

You can only really extract SOME music, because there is no way at the moment to play sequenced music. It also depends on your version. Are you on 9.2 or have A9LH? If neither, you wont get very far.

It depends on what the game is. If you own a copy of the game, you are better off using brain dump to get a decrypted cxi of the game (as this is available to do on any fw). You will have to search around to find ways to play/extract/convert audio files obtained from games.
