Anyone know something about the game manual extraction and translation ?
Without use 3DS Explorer, because I need to have it in a batch file (line command, for example with CtrTool).

I don't know if manual can be edited, but it's .bcma file that can be opened in EFE.
Also, rebuilt manual doesn't work in Gateway Mode, but works in RxTools, same as custom theme cia.
If you want, you can take a look at my shitty .bat files for extacting/rebuiding manual (Make note, rom_tool is 64x-only app).

Hi. I was searching on internet a way to extract and edit the manuals.
I'm here to ask; do you did it?

With 3DSExplorer I can acess the archives .arc and extract it, but I don't know how open .arc files.
3DS Explorer dont import these archives back again. If it does, I don't know.

I want to fully translate Pokémon games to brazilian portuguese and that includes the manuals.

This thread was last active in 2015 and your question is more suitable for a separate thread altogether.

As for .arc files, they're file archives compressed with LZ-10.

There are some utilities out there that deal with those. If you need more assistance, you may want to make a thread that deals with this specific question instead.
