Simple answer: there is currently nothing to do this, some algorithms were updated so all tools based on thenewpoketext stopped working.

i tried newpoketext on pokemon black patched game, and there is no msg folder where u place the 7 file in? So because of this no one was able to start editing the text? Or is there a way around this?
