Gaming Homebrew How to dump vWii Demos?

I still have a lot of demos I've saved before the Wii Shop Channel was shut down, such as the BIT.TRIP saga demos, Gnomz, and 2 Fast 4 Gnomz. They are all on the SD Card menu. Am I able to dump them?

I'm also looking for the same thing; have a bunch of WiiWare/VC that I'd like to dump from the vWii but can't find anything more specific than just dumping the entire NAND.

wii.guide has a page on dumping your own WADs, but it assumes the titles are installed on your console. I don't know any way to dump titles from the SD menu.
