ROM Hack How to dump game from SD card ?

Hi everyone , i have 2 switch consoles.
1 Switch hack SX OS
1 Switch normally that have some game buy from eshop
i want to convert game (dump game) from SD card of Switch (no hack) to file NSP or XCI. Then put file NSP and XCI to switch hack to play
Can anyone guide me how to do that ?
